Southern Roots. A New Chapter.

Our story began in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2010. After returning to Maryland in 2016, we continued sharing our love of Southern food through catering and a mobile food truck.

Today, My Cup Runneth Over is focused on food truck and catering services—bringing our soul food, BBQ, and commitment to friendly service to your next occasion.
